We ship with Registered India Post
After an order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to your mail.
This is followed by a tracking id Sent to you once the product has been dispatched from our Post Office.
The courier can be tracked online on India Post Website or feel free to get in touch for any queries or updates!
Please let us know in advance if you want us to insure your shipment beforehand :-)
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

To request a return or exchange, please contact me within 5 days of delivery.
You would be expected to ship items back at your cost in time to be delivered to me within 30 days of receipt.

I don't accept cancellations in general on orders placed but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Refunds

For a refund in case of major defects like cuts etc. please send a request with the picture of the defect with the delivery package within 2 days of receipt of the product & I would gladly initiate you refund.
Although, it has never happened so far in last 8 years :)
In case of a refund in lieu of a return, the refund will be initiated within 3 days of receipt of the product & may take anywhere between 7 - 14 days to reflect in your account based on the mode of payment used.
Kindly keep in mind that all our products are made from hand-spun & handwoven fabrics in natural dyes, thus the texture might not be as smooth and shining as the general Shopping Mall products….. :-)
