Fayakun is a space for clothing that is rare, uniquely personal and created with utmost presence. Where each piece is created to express the beauty of hand techniques and traditional textiles in a tranquil, artistic aesthetic.
We are neither a fast brand nor big, but an authentic one.
From our studio in Goa, we bring forth the stories and crafts of real people from rural landscapes of India who create earthy, natural textiles, whom I meet and collaborate with, on my wandering abouts in search of woven textures and natural dyes.

Hi, my name is aastha. I grew up in a north Indian village with flat green fields and strong, self assertive women in a staunchly patriarchal society.
Faykun is my dedication to all the women I have ever crossed paths with,
who have taught and un-taught me, nurtured me, loved me and showed me what resilience and grace is.
Immensely grateful for being able to craft a life of meaning, authentic creativity and personal adventure through Fayakun in the face of overwhelming capitalistic voices and unrealistic expectations of a masculine world.
